Probably the number one thing that makes this service one of the best is that they always seem to serve their customers well. Many of their previous customers that we’ve spoken to claim that they have the best service and that their staff are very friendly.
In terms of fleet, this service carries 14 vehicle types, 3 of which are dedicated to cargo and trucks. They offer a full-size pick-up truck, usually a Dodge RAM or anything similar to that.
They also provide a GMC Savana or any other similar cargo van. For their signature truck, they

The main truck unit of Advantage Car and Truck Rentals is the 16-foot Ford e350. They also use similar trucks and have readily available Ford Transit cargo vans.
What is convenient about this company is that all of their locations are situated near airports and in metro areas across the Greater Toronto Area. As of writing, they have more than 10 locations spread in GTA.
Given their more than 35 years of experience, they have served at least a million customers. Do take note though that they do not cater to clients aged 24 and below.
Advantage Car and Truck Rentals also offers a delivery service for truck rentals. This makes it easy for clients and can honestly persuade more customers who are looking for truck rental services.
However, what seems to drive potential clients away from this truck rental service is their reservation process. A few previous customers mentioned to us that their reservations weren’t honored.

What a great car rental experience!
I have rented cars all over the world and the team at Advantage on Queen Street East in Toronto are by far the best I have encountered.
The entire process was painless, quick and easy. They explained the inclusion and exclusions clearly, The insurance waiver was offered and not forced (I took it)
They upgraded me to a minivan when they saw how tall I was which made the whole trip a lot more comfortable.
I would not hesitate to use them again, and if you are looking to rent a car in Toronto this needs to be the only place you go!

Given their roots, they have 4 various types of truck units. They have refrigerated trucks, flatbed trucks, moving trucks, and trailers.
We do note that despite the variety of trucks you can rent, not all units are the latest models and some may even be old units.
Nevertheless, aside from rental services, they also have used vehicles for sale. Buying from their fleet will honestly save you a lot of money since they usually list units that are still really in good condition.
Bristol Car and Truck Rentals is strict in terms of fuel level. They either charge customers with extra fees for fuel or apply the “return with the same fuel level” policy.
On the bright side, they also offer moving supplies as well as pick-up trucks and arguably have the most number of units available among other truck rental services in GTA.
Majority of the staff in their office now are the same staff since they started in 1992. This is a testament to their expert service and good culture, resulting in a loyal customer following.

Ventures Car and Truck Rental offers a 24-hour service for all customers, along with free pick-up and drop off within their area. They also have daily, weekly, monthly, and even weekend rates.
The company has a wide variety of current model vehicles and trucks, with very specific models of their preference. They use both low roof and high roof variants of the Ford Transit 250 for cargo vans.
For pick-up trucks, they usually utilize the Dodge Ram and Ford F150. Their cube truck of choice is the Ford E450 or any cube truck of the same standard.
A downside from renting from this service is that you have to pay for their full day rates. They will accept shorter rental periods but will charge you for an entire day as this is their minimum.
Their full day rates aren’t the most affordable, in our opinion. They are pretty much okay but can be expensive if you won’t maximize the full day rental.

For business clients, they offer various packages and can negotiate terms in order to come up with arrangements that are catered for what a company needs.
They also shed light on truck parts to be able to meet project needs. For personal use, they extend their hands for moving services and other heavy lifting activities.
The area where we see Enterprise Truck Rental improving is their customer service. While having many customers is really tough, they still need to step up in terms of answering phone calls and responding to requests as quickly as possible.
They also don’t have unlimited mileage for long-distance moves, so it would do well if they can address that. On the bright side, they offer long-term rentals for those who may need a truck for 2 months or longer.
