Right off the bat, the shop gained our interest with its respectable length of experience. They’ve been in the business for 10 years, servicing customers with all major dryer brands you can imagine.
Working with them is also stress-free based on our experience and what past customers told us. It’s easy to book a phone consultation and takes only a few minutes to get a response.
Fortunately, they’re just as fast as they are on the phone when responding to customers. They offer same-day services and it takes about 2 to 4 hours before they arrive at your doorstep.
Although… this isn’t the case for every single customer they’ve worked with. There were instances wherein the technician is later than the scheduled hour (though to be fair, anywhere under 30 minutes of lateness is still forgivable, in our opinion).
