But throughout our meal, I couldn’t stop myself from noticing and pointing it out. She finally got so fed up and agreed to go to a clinic right after we paid our bill.
As it turns out, I was right in essentially forcing her to go. The doctor said that her eye was infected, which could’ve resulted in impaired vision or maybe even blindness if left untreated.

These are possible thanks to their long list of state-of-the-art equipment — Epithelial OCTS, Pentacams, and CATALYS Laser Systems are just some of the many technologies available at this clinic.
We were even more impressed to learn that they accept the cases that other places reject. Their experts aren’t ones to back down from complex operations, including re-dos of failed surgeries from somewhere else.
In addition to this, clients share that they love how the doctors here are very reassuring. They take the time to explain treatments step-by-step and answer all of their patients’ questions.
It can just be a bit annoying how they double-book appointments. So even if you schedule ahead of time, there’s still a chance you’ll have to wait your turn.

“Everyone was very professional and accomadating. I took my wheelchair bound elderly father to have his cataracts checked. They were super helpful and patient with my father. The appointment ran much longer than expected and we were about to miss our Wheel-Trans ride back when the staff informed Dr. Rabinovitch, and he stopped what he was doing. Dr. Rabinovitch came in quickly to see my dad’s exam results and let us know about his diagnosis so we could be on our way. We just made the ride back, the driver was about to leave. For over 30 years, locals have been depending on Dr. Archie Chung & Associates for their eye care needs. The team’s client base has grown so much that they had to expand to three locations across Toronto.
This has helped with lowering wait times to less than 30 minutes. But we heard that the front desk sometimes sacrifices being accommodating just to keep the queue moving.
We understand the hype, though; this is also the place we’d want for our annual eye exam. The patients who go here for that get access to premium support that includes a convenient patient portal for easy communication and swift appointment booking.
Regular clients are fond of the doctors here, as well. They’re very patient, especially towards first-timers who aren’t familiar with their process yet.

From there, their experts can address various eye conditions through LASIK, EVO ICL, PRK, or Refractive Lens Exchange. We’re happy to report that these treatments usually take less than an hour and are mostly pain-free.
Within a month or two, and a few post-op follow-ups, clients happily say that they’re back to seeing 20/20 again.
Unfortunately, the clinic can get very busy, so don’t expect a peaceful waiting room experience while you’re there.
