One of the first things we looked into at Maxx Car Rental is their fleet of rental vehicles. They have a respectable collection of various vehicle types that can carry at least 8 up to 12 passengers in one go.
With these capacities in mind, we see them as a solid choice for a mid-size family going on an outing or a small group of friends. The passenger vans are moderately spacious so there’s plenty of space in case someone wants to sneak a snooze in.
As far as features are concerned, the vans are packed with all the common essentials like Apple Play. According to our survey, everything seems well-maintained as they noted signs of cleanliness with also zero damage inside.
The location can be a bit tricky to find, although the pick-up process is pretty convenient. The same goes for online booking as it’s easy to see the vehicle details as well applicable rates from the estimated trouble.
This, however, is where we found a hitch because their pricing and terms can be disappointing at times. The rates, in general, are fairly priced, but they have a tendency to bump up the prices upon return for various issues.

Although the company doesn’t specialize specifically in van rentals, City Car & Truck Rental won our favor with a lot of things. They have an efficient check-in system, top-quality options, and solid insurance assistance.
Let’s start off with the van options first, which are actually a bit underwhelming since the choices aren’t exactly huge. Despite this, they have minivans that can carry 7 to 12 passengers – already a decent capacity for most clients.
We were also glad to find that their pricing system is transparent and the majority of the customers we talked to say that they charge fairly. However, we still found instances wherein rental extensions cost more than expected – although this isn’t a common problem.
On the bright side, the vans are almost brand new, incredibly clean, and have all features needed for light entertainment. So we understand how they can be strict when it comes to inspections upon return of the vehicle.
Another fun thing about them is that they deal with your insurance company directly – no need to go to the trouble yourself. By the way, this is helpful for the rental reimbursement coverage (if your policy covers it).
Clients can meet them at the shop or have the vehicle directly dropped off at their locations. We find that the company is a great choice for those who have recent issues with their own cars and also those who’ll be on a quick vacation.

Ventures Car and Truck Rentals has a few things that truly set them apart from the competition. One of which is their 24/7 rental service, allowing those in the middle of an emergency to book a vehicle quickly.
The company has been in the industry for 25 years and its services really do reflect this level of convenience. They can drop off the vehicle anywhere you are in the city or allow you to pick it up at any convenient location.
As for van options, they don’t have much as there are only two minivans as of writing. The passenger capacity is fairly limited too as one van can only accommodate 7 passengers while the other can fit up to 8.
Nonetheless, the van’s quality and features won us over since they’re clearly well-maintained and regularly polished. The vans are packed with air-conditioners, an HD audio system, and other safety systems like central locks.
Although there are a few disputes when it comes to rates, they charge within the average so we have no qualms about the matter. Plus, it’s easy to book a ride online and rent a van on a daily, weekly, and even a monthly basis.
