Such a beautiful space, with the most welcoming people

“Such a beautiful space, with the most welcoming people. I have been hooked since my first ever class. I love the mat classes in the infrared room and I love how the room is dark/candlelit. Judgment free, feel good space.”

One of the best classes I’ve been to!

“Just finished an evening class with Alwynn. One of the best classes I’ve been to! It was challenging but in a good way – a great way to start the week. I also really enjoy Jessica Germano’s classes and Lindsay’s! I’m always learning new ways of how to use the reformer and like their approach to the class. Both are very approachable, encouraging and friendly too. Good vibes always! It’s been a couple of months since joining and I can tell I’m getting a bit stronger each time. Always look forward to classes at Muse.”

I am beginning to feel stronger, longer, and more flexible. I live with less back pain. Most of all, Hila makes me feel confident and empowered. I love how they switch up the pilates classes

“Mary T and Zulal are the best instructors! I take their classes on a weekly basis because I love how they switch up the pilates classes, we’re never doing the same moves, it’s always something different. They also take the time to correct my form, previous pilates instructors have never done that for me so I’ve been doing planks wrong my entire life! Mary T and Zulal would also provide modifications for certain moves for those who struggle and experience certain strains on their body. Honestly, it’s so comfortable being in their class. No pressure whatsoever at all. The classes are really small (all genders are welcome), only six students per class so at times, it feels like a private class. You can take off your mask the moment you’re on your spot. The studio is extremely clean, I noticed that the Dyson air purifiers are everywhere and on at all times. I definitely feel safe taking a class at Imprints. Whether you’re a beginner or intermediate for pilates, Imprint is suitable for you.”
