They have mobile notary signing agents that’ll come to your home, office, hospital, assisted living facility, or rehab center in Toronto or beyond. This includes places from Scarborough all the way to North York.
Mobile services are not limited to notarizations. They also handle loan signings, wills, trusts, international adoptions, and financial powers of attorney; booking them in one appointment will definitely save you a lot of time.
And if you ever need a notary outside of regular working hours, they’ll make it happen by appointment.
However, it’s worth mentioning that their mobile services are quite pricey—fees start at a whopping $150 and go up depending on distance.

Their team offers a wide range of services like witnessing signatures, certifying affidavits or declarations, and verifying true copies of documents. Special paperwork like travel consent letters and oaths is handled, too—no need to hire separate providers.
Their team can go wherever you are. This includes not only your home and workplace but also the airport and even a bank, which is quite convenient.
As for pricing, their structure is reasonable. The travel or attendance fee is $50 within the GA and $80 outside, plus notarization fees. The first document is $35, the second $15, and any additional documents are $10 each.
Unfortunately, we did hear about a rude representative, but this does not seem to be the norm.
