The museum is located near the Hamilton GO Centre and the West Harbour GO Station, which are both on the GO Transit Lakeshore West line. From either station, you can take the HSR Route 20 bus to the airport right beside the museum.

By car: 

The museum is located just off Highway 403 at the Mount Hope Airport. Take Exit 12 from Highway 403 and follow the signs to get there.
