In terms of quality though, we’re not 100% satisfied with everything we’ve seen. Majority of the projects enjoyed top-class workmanship but there were a few that experienced problems, particularly with delays.
As a way to counter this, they offer one of the most solid guarantees in the field. They have a 3-year warranty for workmanship plus a 25-year warranty on decking materials – quite standard but we’ll take it.
