1. Consiglio’s Kitchenware
Since 1975, Consiglio’s Kitchenware has been curating high-quality kitchen products that belong in a true Italian home. Still operated by the Consiglio family, they’ve expanded to an online store where you can shop 24/7.
You’ll see specialty products like spiedini sets, waffle and pizzelle makers, and of course, pasta-making supplies.
In addition to Italian staples, their lineup of cookware is pretty impressive. Expect everything from Dutch ovens, braisers, and saucepans to niche tools like fondue sets, panini grills, and woks.
And if you care about brands, they carry heavy hitters like Le Creuset, Staub, Lodge, and Giannini, so quality is never in question.
But if you’re buying in-store, test out the merch first (if possible) or clarify their return policy. That’s because we heard complaints about defective equipment.

One of their biggest draws is their hard-to-find equipment. We’re taking gelato makers, vac pac machines, and dough rollers—the kind of gear you see in restaurant kitchens.
Note that the space can feel a bit cramped due to its wall-to-wall offerings, so be careful while browsing.

Founded in 1984, Tap Phong Trading Company had one goal: to make top-quality kitchenware accessible to everyone. Decades later, they’ve become a local kitchen supply landmark, even being featured in notable media outlets like CBC.
If you’re looking for Asian cooking tools, this spot is for you. You can find hot pots, takoyaki grills, noodle machines, rice cookers, and fish ball warmers, just to name a few.
