The icing was light, creamy and not too sweet, and although there wasn’t as much of the cake layer as I expected (it was quite thin with mostly vanilla filling) the vanilla filling was delicious so it made up for it. We requested specific vehicles/colours for the construction cake and they were very accommodating. The cake also travelled over an hour and a half north and held up until it’s destination.
