According to previous clients, Dr. Tong respects times and requests and can get the procedure going immediately. Their staff also received great praise from clients about being approachable and readily available to answer calls even on holidays.
However, the clinic in the past was known for being incompetent with informing their clients beforehand about certain information needed for the surgery.
Luckily this was more than 5 years ago. They have improved greatly over the years since, our research showed.
Both their office and clinic are located in the same location, making it convenient for their client, which is always a plus. Another great thing about their clinic is that you can experience a new level of luxury here that not many clinics can provide.
Regarding appointments, what we loved best is that there was little to no wait time for consultations and minimal wait times for appointments. Some appointments may take some days and Dr. Tong will personally contact clients when needed.
As for the bill or fees, they have flexible financing options, including Medicard, Creditcards, certified cheques, and more. The cancellation policies are also pretty flexible so we have no complaints in that matter.
