Established in 2003, Mazin & Associates, PC is now recognized as one of the best personal injury lawyers in Ontario. Their founder and CEO, Gary Mazin, dedicates his career to fighting for the rights of personal injury victims. 

Given their expertise in personal injury cases, the company slowly grew to be more knowledgeable in medical malpractice. They are now able to cater to clients who have concerns regarding accident benefits, other injuries, and even wrongful deaths. 

Mazin & Associates, PC does not charge their clients until they have recovered losses for them. This is a good reflection of their integrity and honest practice. 

What seems to be this firm’s strongest trait is their compassion and care towards clients. They  really try to understand every situation and guide clients throughout the entire process. 

Of course, we recognize that this firm is not perfect. Given the number of requests they get, there are times when they respond a little too late. 

They are also honestly not the most affordable service out there, as there is a certain premium to hiring this firm. 

Overall, Mazin & Associates is a reliable place to ask for help in terms of medical malpractice. They have a perfect 5-star rating online and provide free evaluation for potential clients.

Gary Mazin and his team handled my family friend’s accident case with utmost care. My friend was all alone in Canada without his family or close ones around, when his accident happened. Bogoroch & Associates LLP follows the contingency fee policies set by Canada. They won’t charge clients until the case has been settled. 

All said, Bogoroch & Associates LLP can still improve on many areas but is one of the good firms. Their background and number of cases in terms of medical malpractice makes them one of the most recommendable thus far.

Their very first case, Yepremian V Scarborough, was a precedent-setting medical malpractice case settled in Canada and is even being taught in law schools until now. Their lawyers all have more or less 40 years experience in the medical malpractice field. 

Sommers, Roth & Elmaleh concentrates on medical malpractice, which gives them a step up. While others are equally focused on injury cases, this firm has been studying the in and outs of medical malpractice since. 

We like how they specify which areas of medical malpractice they specialize in and how they were able to defend cases such as these in the past. 

The firm observes a “no win, no pay” principle with respect to the contingency fee policy set by Canada. They also have a free consultation available through their website or via call. 

Honestly, the only thing we can see this firm improving on is their responsiveness. There are times when calls get overwhelming and a few clients are not attended to. 

There is also no guarantee on how long they will take to reply to one’s online form. We warn that there may be delays and some may even need to double their submissions. 

Sommers, Roth & Elmaleh’s tenure keeps them as one of the top medical malpractice firms in Toronto. They may have shortcomings and areas to improve on but their background pretty much speaks for them.

They specialize in brain & spinal injury claims, car, motorcycle & boating accidents, accident benefits & tort claims, slip & fall claims, long term disability, medical malpractice claims, wrongful death litigation, product liability claims, and chronic disability compensation. 

However, we would say that they are smaller as compared to other teams and are a less popular firm. A few complaints were also made by clients who never got a call back. 

The good thing about them is that they operate 24/7. Clients are assured that they will be able to talk to someone during any emergency and inquiries are always welcome. 

In conclusion, Neinstein Medical Malpractice Lawyers would not disappoint for personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Their good reviews online is a testament to this, with previous employees even calling it a safe and healthy place to work.
