Speaking of coaching, trainers like Steve seem like the real stars. He takes the time to understand your goals and creates personalized workouts that are challenging yet fun.

The big perk is having your own gym instructor for accountability and motivation. Bonus points for coaches who are also educators, sharing their knowledge with aspiring trainers.

Speaking of coaches, props to Jordan, a certified trainer who used his own injury experience to fuel his passion for fitness and helping others recover. 

In terms of personalized programs, we like that Fit Squad doesn’t just throw you into generic workouts—each exercise is tailored to your specific goals. 

Plus, their gym boasts top-of-the-line equipment, making it a functional fitness playground for any workout warrior.

Here’s a slight snag: some folks mentioned the nutritional advice was pretty basic, geared towards complete beginners. If you’re already health-conscious, you might want to come prepared with your own meal plan.

As for their gym instructors, Emma seems to be a client favorite. She’s a certified trainer and is even studying to become a holistic nutritionist, so we think you might get some bonus dietary insights.

They start with a consultation to understand your goals, past injuries, and any roadblocks you’ve faced on your fitness journey. They then craft a personalized plan.

They even use a fancy InBody machine to track your body fat and muscle changes monthly, so you can see exactly how those workouts are paying off.

We love their facility which boasts over 2,000 square feet with customized equipment designed to be gentler on your joints. This is a major plus if you’re injury-prone.
