However, a problem you will most likely encounter is the safety of your order during delivery. Multiple customers have reported receiving damaged items, which are suspected to have happened during transportation.

On top of this, the customer service before and after delivery can also be frustrating. We noticed a lack of urgency and responsiveness when calling their customer service regarding delivery time and/or replacement.

Selling bedroom furniture, EQ3 is a store that applies a unique Canadian approach to their designs.

We noticed that the furniture designs and types they offer are quite limited.

They also focus on simple and minimalist looks. This is their way to live up to their mission of producing timeless pieces as opposed to trendy.

Nonetheless, the quality of their work is commendable, with many customers noting that the craftsmanship is excellent and seamless.

When we visited EQ3, we were greeted by attentive staff who were ready to answer inquiries on different furniture. They gave off pleasant and enthusiastic energy, which made it more enjoyable to look around.

Sadly, the after-sales customer service can be disappointing. Responsiveness isn’t their current strong suit as it can apparently be hard to contact them when requesting for replacements or other services.

That said, you do get what you pay for if you check out their warranties. 

They offer different warranties that can be useful in the long run, such as a 25-year warranty for frames and springs of custom items, 1-year fabric warranty, and 1-year leather warranty if you notice manufacturing defects.

Similar to their warranties, they offer a multitude of promotions, including thank you sales, season sales, additional discounts, and much more. They even give 50% off on selected items.

If you’re into high-end plain designs for your bedroom, you should consider EQ3.
