Their process starts with a free estimate of the damage. Afterward, they use HEPA-filtered negative air systems, antimicrobial treatments, and eco-friendly cleaners to make sure the job’s done right.

CleanFirst Restoration has been removing mold and asbestos since 1989. Their clients include homeowners, businesses like The Bay and Brookfield Property Management, and even government buildings like Ontario Place.
The process kicks off with a free, no-obligation inspection. A certified specialist will take a look at your space, assess the risk, and give an honest estimate.
After identifying the source, they create a remediation plan to stop it from coming back.
What really impressed me, however, is their lifetime guarantee (and a 10-year guarantee for attic mold removal). Not all remediation companies offer this.
However, I’m not impressed by reports of abrupt appointment cancellations. This is definitely a hassle, especially for those who already planned their days around the visit.

As for insurance, they can bill your company directly once the job’s done. Now, if your claim gets denied, they also offer flexible financing options and coverage plans.
The only downside we heard about is that some general managers have been described as rude and pushy. Still, don’t let a few bad apples turn you off—most customers have raved about their services.
