The living room was filled with furniture pieces and home accessories that all came together perfectly. When I complimented him, he shrugged and said he can’t take all the credit—his office just happened to hire one of the best home stagers in the city.
Well, they certainly got their money’s worth—the listing sold within a week!
That got me looking around Toronto’s top home staging services. I mean, these guys definitely deserve the shout-out.
How much do home stagers charge in Toronto?
In Toronto, home stagers charge around $150 to $600 for a consultation. Staging a room often costs $500 to $800 per month, while full staging of a house or condo would fall around $2,000 to $8,000+.
Some offer free consultations, while others charge a separate fee for this.

If you want to use all the existing furniture only, then go for their consultation service. They’ll assess the space and show you how to rearrange items for maximum appeal.
They also offer packages from a partial setup, where they bring in some furniture, to full vacant staging. Pricing varies based on square footage and the amount of furniture brought in.
We like that their spacious warehouse is stocked with stylish and trendy inventory. That means they’re able to easily tailor each project to match the ideal buying demographic for your property.
Like any company, they’re not without a few criticisms. We heard isolated reports of less impressive staging outcomes, which suggest some inconsistency in terms of service.

In 2016, Farah Singh set out to transform homes in a way that would captivate buyers. She founded ALT | Interiors Staging & Interior Design with the belief that every home has the potential to be unforgettable.
Clients begin by filling out a Home Staging Intake Form, which helps the team get a feel for the project’s location and needs.
From there, they conduct an in-person consultation and walk-through, then provide a room-by-room report packed with clear recommendations that are easy to follow. Note that there’s a consultation fee of $350, which we think is kind of steep.
The magic happens after you’ve approved and paid for the entire service. During installation, they use high-quality furniture and decor to complete staging in just one day!
We noticed, however, that they do not work on weekends, unlike other staging firms.

Then, they’ll determine the level of service that makes most sense to you. You can choose between large-scale (all areas are staged) or partial staging, where only the main living areas are done.
Their extensive, handpicked inventory can then transform your space in under two days.
We appreciate their network of contractors, who can handle small electrical and structural fixes or painting jobs. You don’t have to juggle multiple companies to make the property market-ready.
Unfortunately, we heard reports of their staff being rude, which is something to watch out for.

His team offers a detailed home staging consultation, which includes a full home tour. They’ll evaluate existing furnishings and focal points, then create an action plan that shows how to bring out the best in each room.
They even provide a list of trusted vendors for tasks like painting and repairs, which we think is very helpful.
For empty properties, they offer full vacant staging, using their curated collection of furnishings and accessories, plus Red’s decorator skills.
While most clients tend to be satisfied with his vision, some have complained that his styling seems to lack cohesion.
