When our hot tub first broke down, I had it repaired at a spot near me. After almost a week of waiting (and a hefty consultation fee), they had to refer me to someone else since they didn’t seem to know their way around my specific hot tub brand.
It’s a good thing my neighbor gave me the number of his go-to hot tub repair spot. Impressively, they had my tub running the same day they came out!
My tub’s been running smoothly for several years now (and we use it weekly!) since they took over its maintenance.
For those who want uninterrupted soak sessions, here are Toronto’s best hot tub repair experts. Not only will they quickly fix it, they’ll help you maintain it for years to come!
How much do hot tub repair services cost in Toronto?
Hot tub repair services in Toronto typically cost between $100 to $300 for standard repairs. Some companies charge a flat service call fee ($75 to $100) plus labor and parts.
Minor fixes like replacing a filter may fall on the lower end, while complex repairs like heater/pump replacements may cost more. For high-end models or emergency service, expect higher rates.
1. Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs

Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs has been family-owned and operated since 2004. They believe in treating every customer’s hot tub like it’s their own.
Their technicians will drain, clean, and scrub everything, from the shell to the cover, filter, and internal lines, using a pipe cleaner. Then, they also throw in a free systems check before draining your tub, which is a nice touch.
We like that 90% of their hot tub services are wrapped up within the first hour. But if things run longer, you’ll start seeing additional charges.
And if you’re new to hot tub ownership, they also offer a free in-store hot tub maintenance education—just bring a water sample, pics, and your user manual.
Unfortunately, we heard about the owner coming off as argumentative.

Great help in diagnosing and resolving the issue
“Lakeshore Pools and Hot Tubs employee Rob was a great help in diagnosing and resolving the issue that I had while attempting to install the new control module that I had purchased from them. I texted him on a Sunday, and he returned my text immediately. I was able to speak to him, and he walked me through and found a resolution. Thanks again, Rob!”

2. FlowPro Services

Covering Brampton, Mississauga, Oakville, Toronto, and beyond, FlowPro Services exclusively handles hot tub repairs and services. As a bonus, they’re familiar with all makes and models.
We like that they’re experts in diagnosing and fixing heater and pump issues (faulty heating elements, cracked manifolds, motherboard malfunctions, etc.). They also know how to deal with leaks, from small cracks in the shell or a leaking jet body.
Another highlight is their seasonal services, like spring opening and winter closings—meaning, your hot tub will be ready for action or hibernation, depending on the season. This is a great option if you’re not confident in doing it yourself.
On the other hand, we heard about occasional no-shows and missed appointments. This is frustrating, especially if you’re planning your day around the service call.
My “go-to” for hot tub servicing
“I reached out to Paul yesterday with a power issue that I was having with my older hot tub. He helped me troubleshoot the issue and was bang on correct! My Hot tub is up and running today. Paul is very knowledgeable and provided the best customer service possible. He will be my “go-to” for hot tub servicing, and I will recommend him with full confidence to friends and family. Thanks again, Paul.”

Assessed & repaired my 20-year-old tub

3. Arctic Hot Tubs

Arctic Hot Tubs is known not only for repairing hot tubs but also for manufacturing them.
They repair heat, pressure, and pump issues. Plus, they have access to thousands of hot tub parts, which is great if you’re tackling a DIY repair—simply email them photos.
Hot tub drain and clean service is offered, where they will fully drain, line flush, filter clean, cover wash, and inspect your equipment.
And we love their hot tub water weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly maintenance plans. These are a lifesaver if you’re too busy (or don’t want to mess with chemicals).
Just look out for some customer service hiccups, since a few former clients have told us that they’ve been given the runaround.
Great service all the way through the process
“Great service all the way through the process. I can still call them anytime, a year later. Top-notch customer service. If you are reading this and deciding whether to pay the extra for salt water, it’s well worth it to go for it. Maintaining the tub over the last has been a breeze because of the salt. For me, that’s more important than the smell or that it’s better for your skin, which are big benefits as well.”

Couldn’t be happier with the exceptional level of service
“We recently purchased our Hot Tub at the Vaughn location and couldn’t be happier with the exceptional level of service we received. Nathan was our salesperson and ensured we had a seamless experience from start to finish. We were able to reach out to Nathan multiple times with our endless Questions, and he would always get back to us very quickly with the answers. Delivery staff were professional and made sure to be mindful of our property, not to damage anything in the delivery process. They called to let us know they were running late, and the communication on the matter was much appreciated. Nathan followed up with us after delivery to make sure we had everything we needed and answered any further questions. It was a pleasure to deal with this company.”

4. Fix My Hot Tub

Located in Southern Ontario, Fix My Hot Tub has over 20 years of experience installing and servicing hot tubs.
If you’re experiencing dirty or cloudy water, they’ll test your water, then balance, clean, or shock it, depending on the situation. And for still or cold water, they’ll inspect, troubleshoot, and repair or replace relevant hot tub parts.
One-time maintenance services are offered as well, like seasonal tune-ups and multi-point inspections. But if you prefer regular help, they also have weekly or monthly maintenance plans.
We appreciate their long hours, too; they’re available 12 hours/day, weekends included.
Just a heads up—some clients have complained about their steep (and sometimes hidden) fees. You might want to get a clear quote first before committing.
Professional, personable, thorough, and efficient
“We experienced a fault in a high-temperature sensor on our Jacuzzi hot tub. Initial service guidance was provided over the phone in the event it could be remedied without a service call, but we soon learned it would require a technician. An appointment for a service technician was made; however, a few days later, the tech was nearby and came to perform the service 5 days earlier than expected. Dan was professional, personable, thorough, and efficient at making the repairs, which were covered under the warranty, and all without any mess or need to tidy up afterwards. Great work, folks.”

Technicians are friendly, fast, and efficient
“We love our Jacuzzi hot tub. The jets are great, and the look of the tub is really nice. The technicians are friendly, fast, and efficient. It’s really easy to order any chemicals at any time, and they are delivered to your door. We give this hot tub 5 stars!!!”

5. Wellness Shop

Wellness Shop started as a humble hot tub store, and now they have seven retail locations across Ancaster, Barrie, Kitchener, London, Vaughan, and Whitby.
They offer a wide range of spa maintenance plans, with their most popular being the Convenience Plan (includes weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits). Plus, they have dedicated ClearRay packages and essential kits tailored for Jacuzzi hot tubs.
Other plans include Gold, Silver, and Platinum that vary in visit frequency, inclusions, and parts covered.
Now, for those who want a seasonal check-in, they offer one-time maintenance services that cover spa openings and closings, as well as specific tune-up packages.
Sadly, we heard about overcharging issues from previous customers. We recommend confirming the pricing and inclusions of your plan.
Identified the issue in just a few minutes
“We recently had a service appointment for our Jacuzzi 300 series hot tub, and I was truly impressed by Greg’s expertise, knowledge, and helpful advice. He identified the issue in just a few minutes and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong. The service was exceptional, and I now feel confident in my ability to properly maintain my hot tub. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very satisfied with the results. I’ll definitely be returning to the Wellness Shop at Jacuzzi for my next service call!”

Tech was very professional and knowledgeable
“I recently refilled my J-245 Hot tub and noticed it was taking too long to get to temperature. I called support, and the person on the phone was very polite and friendly and booked an appointment to have a service tech come onsite and repair the unit. The tech came onsite, called 30 minutes before arriving. Within a short period of time, he discovered the issue, which was a burnt heater wire and a poor wire connection. I guess these things happen. The tech ran a new wire, and the hot tub is working as intended. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend a Jacuzzi hot tub based on product satisfaction and the exceptional after-sales support received.”
