My coworker kept inviting me to join her yoga class, but I always found excuses to avoid it. I thought all that namaste and inner peace stuff was just hooey, and I was quite content with my gym routine.
One day, she caught me off guard before I could come up with an excuse, so we set a date, and I finally went with her. All I can say is, wow!
Yoga is amazing—it helped me with stress relief, flexibility, and overall well-being. No wonder it’s still so popular despite dating back over 5,000 years.
Now, I’m a yoga aficionado, and I’m excited to share Toronto’s top yoga classes with you. Hopefully, you’ll get as much out of them as I do!
How much does a yoga class cost in Toronto?
The cost of a yoga class in Toronto typically ranges from $15 to $30 per session. Discounts are often available for purchasing class bundles or monthly memberships.
Factors that may affect the price include the studio’s location, the instructor’s experience, and the class duration. Specialty classes, such as hot yoga or workshops, may also be priced higher.

BeHot Yoga is by far the best yoga studio in Toronto!
“BeHot Yoga is by far the best yoga studio in Toronto! The staff and owner create a welcoming and friendly experience with every visit. The studio has worked very hard during this pandemic to make classes available virtually and communication has been stellar! So very thankful that when the doors open once again it will be a safe environment for everyone, which in turn will make a safe community.”

One of the best yoga studios in the city
“I love Moksha Uptown and think it’s one of the best yoga studios in the city. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel relaxed and in a great environment to practice yoga. The change room is clean, bright, and welcoming. The instructors are all fantastic, putting their own spin on how they lead the class, but yet maintaining consistency based on the class type. The studios all have great natural light which make them a beautiful space to practice in. I highly recommend checking it out for your next yoga class.”

“Sweetest staff, amazing teachers and best variety of classes!! I visit this location along with its other two sister studios (Modo Yoga Lawrence Park and Modo Yoga St Clair West). Passes can be used interchangeably at all three locations, which makes it enjoyable to practice at each whenever I have errands nearby one of them.”

Prenatal yoga class we took was challenging and educational
“We are giving full marks for this uber specialised, modern, and super welcoming boutique mama studio that specialises in pre and postnatal yoga, Pilates and barre classes, and the prenatal yoga class we took was (thankfully) not a lame watered down yoga class like many prenatal classes can be. Instead it was challenging, educational and the facilities had us coming back for more – also bc the shopping is next level adorbs.”
