Chef Nuit’s journey from Thailand to Toronto is as flavorful as her dishes at PAI, and it all started with an elephant ride where she met her husband! Now, she’s racking up awards like Nine of Dine and even serves as a judge on Food Network’s Wall of Chefs.

One of our favorite pregame bites is their Pad Gra Prow. Imagine holy basil stir-fried with your choice of ground pork, crispy pork, chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu, all served on a bed of fluffy jasmine rice and topped with a perfectly cooked Thai-style fried egg.

Another crowd-pleaser is the Gai Satay. Available after 4 pm, these five grilled, curry-marinated chicken skewers are served with a rich homemade peanut sauce and a refreshing Thai-style cucumber dressing.
