5 Best Baths in Toronto for Soaking Your Stress Away

top-baths-toronto
We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.

Here’s the thing: life’s been wild lately. Between work, running errands, and pretending to have a social life, I realized I was way overdue for a break.

So I called a friend and was rambling on about how stressed I was when she suggested something genius—bathhouses.

Now, I’m no stranger to the occasional bubble bath, but these places are on a whole different level. Think hot pools, steam rooms, and all the vibes you need to turn your brain off for a bit.

After some digging (and a few personal “research” trips, of course), I found the top baths in Toronto that’ll have you feeling like you’ve hit the reset button on life.

If you need some serious relaxation, these places will have you feeling zen in no time.

Bath services in Toronto generally range from $40 to $250, depending on the experience and inclusions.
Basic access to saunas, steam rooms, and pools typically costs $40 to $60, while premium bathhouses with added treatments, like massages or facials, can go up to $150 to $250.

How We Chose the Best Baths in Toronto

Competitive Pricing: We compared the cost of bathhouse experiences across Toronto, aiming to find options that balance high-quality services with affordability.
Customer Reviews: We focused on bathhouses and spas with consistently positive feedback, paying attention to customer satisfaction regarding the quality of treatments, staff professionalism, and overall experience.
Cleanliness and Hygiene: We looked for locations that emphasize hygiene in their facilities, ensuring that steam rooms, saunas, pools, and communal areas are kept in top condition for a safe and comfortable experience.
Variety of Wellness Services: Bathhouses that offer more than just basic facilities were prioritized. This includes saunas, steam rooms, cold plunges, massages, facials, and other wellness treatments.
Atmosphere and Ambiance: We considered bathhouses that cultivate a tranquil and calming environment with beautifully designed and peaceful spaces.
Accessibility and Availability: We assessed the ease of booking and availability of services, favoring bathhouses that offer flexible scheduling, online booking, and a variety of options suited for both spontaneous visits and planned wellness days.

The things that are supposed to be hot like the steam room and the hot tub are nice and HOT and the cold plunge is nice and COLD, just as they should be. The warm pool is so spacious and it’s never been crowded when I’ve been there. It is also SPOTLESS and staff are cleaning the entire time. I treat myself to a visit once a month and look forward to it SO much.”

Team was so kind and friendly

“Love it starting from steam room ending with tea corner by the fireplace. Service was great. Team was so kind and friendly. Clean place and a great way to treat yourself and relax. It’s recommended. Only thing I recommend is to add some direction signs and arrows to make it easy to move around. Also add rooms name too.”

-Dima Alhabbal, Google Review

Everyone was so accommodating, warm and friendly

“Had a wonderful relaxing time at this location. I got their signature facial coupled with their detoxifying algae wrap. Everyone was so accommodating, warm and friendly. The steam room design was hypnotic and the lighting and music created a zen experience for a mini meditation sesh.

I wish I had the time to inquire more about the products used for my facial because we are on day 2 and my face still feels baby face smooth & hydrated.”

So worth it

“Best spa downtown – go on a weekday to avoid the busy periods that come on Fridays and the weekends. A great place to get away if you’re looking for a spot downtown you can spend the day at. 3 course lunch in the summer is on the open terrace which is my fave! Also only $50 to have a 3 course meal – um yes please! So worth it and relaxing to eat lunch in your robes. Bring a book and lounge with some delicious tea provided.”
