Planning starts with a detailed consultation—they’ll help tailor their services to your needs, from curating a drinks menu and defining staff expectations to navigating liquor licensing requirements. Do keep in mind that it’s best to be generous with estimates, as we’ve heard of drinks running out at some events.
From there, you can choose between full-service and self-serve options. Alcohol catering includes wine, beer, mixed drinks, and premium spirits, while cocktails and mocktails are crafted with fresh herbs, seasonal fruits, premium syrups, and clear large cube cocktail ice.
Everything you need is provided—branded portable bars, bar trucks, shakers, glassware, and more. For something extra, you can also add unique experiences such as mixology classes or spirit tastings.
Many customers look for bartender staffing only, but 180 Drinks does not offer a staffing-only service. This is because delivering a consistently high-quality bar experience requires seamless integration of planning, skilled staff, quality drinks, and professional equipment.

Bartendo is an event management company that offers both event staffing and bar services for all types of functions. It’s clear they’ve built a strong rep in the industry with clients like Crown Royale, Oracle, Adidas, and Samsung.
They offer various bar styles, so choose one that matches the event’s vibe. Bars come fully equipped with the usual shakers, jiggers, etc., but depending on your menu or theme, you could also request beverage chilling tubs and cute garnish bowls.
Premium glassware is included as well. You can choose from martini, highball cocktail, and wine glasses, as well as tumblers and champagne flutes—basically anything that will bring your drinks menu to life.
Just keep an eye out for their ETAs on the day of. That’s because we heard reports of mobile bars arriving late to parties, which is definitely a downer.

Before opening Barecular, the owner, Prit, worked at Dublin’s Jameson Distillery and has over a decade of experience under his belt.
His company handles events of all sizes, from an intimate gathering of under 20 to a big celebration with 250 people. Just make sure to book them in advance during wedding seasons since they’re in high demand.
Their portable bars come equipped with LED lights, modern mixology tools, and customizable features to match your party’s mood. We love their fun bar concepts like Tiki Bars or Mojito Bars as well.
Three options are available—if you already have a bar and ingredients, go for the Mixologist & Shopping list package. If you only have ingredients, their Dry Hire package is ideal, while their All Inclusive package is true to its name.
