What we like most about this team is that they have plenty of choices that not only maximize the space, but also elevate the overall look and feel of each storage space. They have packages for those who are moving in, in-home organizing, and those who need help with their storage units.

Probably their most prominent service is their in-home organizing. Through this, they are able to sell to clients that they are a service that gives you the luxury of time.

They are famous among women who love making their closets and cabinets magazine-worthy. They know how to arrange your designer bags, flowy dresses, and all other accessories or personal items.

Well Arranged Home is a professional home organization and decor service. They service the entire York region and perform in-home consultation.

The main selling point of their service is their design process. They initially ask clients to send photos and then visit the place to come up with space and storage solutions needed.

For decluttering services, they ask clients to be there to make the decision. During organizing, they do not require the client to be present.

They often make use of storage items the client owns but they also create a list of recommended items and even do all the shopping should a client request different storage items such as boxes, baskets, and drawers.

In addition, they also offer DIY organizing services. This means that they can teach you how you can arrange your own closet, provide you with a step-by-step plan, and recommend some items for you.

Honestly, the only thing we dislike about this service is that some of their quotes can be way higher than most. We also note that they only serve the entire York region.

Overall, we recommend them for their commitment to quality and their thorough process. If you’re looking for home organizing services with touches of interior design, they are also one of the best options.

Pros

  • Thorough process
  • Conducts DIY organizing lessons
  • Maximizes your own storage items

Cons

  • Quotes are too high
  • Only serves the York region

Personable, creative, and fast

“Marta did a fantastic job helping me organize the nursery, all the closets in my house with all their various quirks, the kitchen, and backyard shed. Personable, creative, and fast – I can’t sing her praises enough!” — Lian Novak, via Google

A local Toronto company with an owner that has a background in fashion, Clutterfly began in 2014 to provide closet and home organization solutions. Their owner is a Certified Virtual Professional Organizer, so this service can work with you no matter where you are located.

They specialize in organizing and decluttering. Move management is also their specialty and they can even help clients who need to pack their stuff so that transferring everything to a new closet is easier.

They accept consultations through in-home visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings. They usually conduct in-home visits to carefully assess your place and visualize your dream closet better.

Cleaning, carpet cleaning, window washing, and painting are also available. This makes them a one-stop shop for arranging your space, especially for those with huge walk-in closets and storage rooms.

We like how they are able to lighten up a space, which is seen in their portfolio. They either transform existing items or replace them with new ones to blend everything together.

They install solutions very well. They can even move your built-in closet to a new space in your home, should you need them to.

Extra protection is guaranteed as this is a bonded and insured service, so you don’t have to worry about your home.

We do note that this service does not have the most attractive set-ups. Their solutions are very simple and straightforward and they can still do a lot in terms of design.

All said, we say that Clutterfly is a good choice for those who are on a tight budget and are not looking for a luxurious closet organization. They get the job done without compromising on quality.

Pros

  • Certified Virtual Professional Organizer
  • Good at decluttering and packing
  • Offers extra cleaning services

Cons

  • Can still improve in terms of designs
  • Closed during weekends

Spot on Organizing has 15 years experience in the organizing and decluttering service industry. Their goal is to ease the stress of clients who are overwhelmed with the amount or the arrangement of their items.

They are very transparent and open about what they do. They initially do pre-staging sort and declutter and even assess whether your house will need any repair work during the process.

During the consultation, they also do their best to check your space and see how much of your existing items can be utilised in the new closet or space design. They also offer suggestions with regards to your color palette and furnishings.

They will also be responsible for the sourcing and overseeing the installation of any new furniture/storage pieces.

Virtual organizing is also available for those who may want their services but are too far from them. They can walk you through the process and help you arrange everything.

We do warn that these conveniences come with a price and that they are closed during weekends, which can both be a dealbreaker for others.

In conclusion, we recommend Spot on Organizing for their detailed services. If you’re willing to spend on what you want for your closet, they are a definite go-to.

Pros

  • 15 years in home organizing
  • Virtual organizing is available
  • Very transparent about their process

Cons

  • Can be expensive

Customer Reviews

Wonderful, hardworking and genuine team

“Not sure why there aren’t more reviews of Spot On. I’ve worked with Tina and her wonderful, hardworking and genuine team a couple of times. They helped add sense to my place. Spot On has been as effective as anything that I’ve seen on shows that feature tips on how to organize effectively. Our storage space was tackled, shelving units were added, and we purged / donated items that were no longer needed. I wanted the support to tackle certain areas of the home, and Tina and her teams got the job done. Thank you, Tina, and your awesome team!” — Maria Citronvert, via Google
